Training Client BuildOne of the key elements in delivering a successful training program is building a training client. This is an intricate task that takes time and thought. Typically, one “master client” and one or more “execution clients” are created. The amount of execution clients required depends on several factors: the number of participants, recurring classes, instructors and delivery locations. A master client is sometimes referred to as the “Golden Master,” and is a generally a copy of the Development or Quality Client, containing the latest system configuration. This client is where all the data is created for training. Once all of the data has been entered to support the necessary Instructor demonstrations and Participant exercises, the master client is duplicated to create a copy. This copy of the master client known as the execution client is where training is conducted. |
